How can I get connected to a “small group”? Hopefully, if you have been attending regularly, you have also been invited to visit a small group. However, with as many visitors as we have, it is sometimes unfortunate that not everyone gets a personal invitation. If that is the case, there is a directory of small groups following this sheet. Look for a group profile that fits your life, and give the leader a call. You will be welcomed. Also, you may find it beneficial to try several small groups until you have found the right fit. How can I get involved in a ministry or volunteer to serve? Following this tab is a directory of ministries that contain a profile of the ministry and contact information. Check it out. How can I belong to Harvest as an official member? An application for membership can be found in the Equipping Center. Please contact the office for further information and especially to speak with a pastor about the specific guidelines for membership. How can I find out what you believe? I want to begin following Christ but I’m not sure how to get started? Most importantly, remember that the heart of following Christ is nurturing a relationship with Him. As a result, you need to focus on things that will encourage your relationship – prayer, reading God’s Word, spending time with God’s people, encountering God in specific ministry moments, serving Him and His world in tangible ways. The possibilities are endless, and the Christian life is certainly not a formula. Start with one of the steps above and just keep walking!
